The controversy surounding the lack of Flash support on the iPhone and other iOS devices is a bit of a red herring.
 
I have developed a video encoding app that produces a single H264 MP4 video format that streams (from Amazon Cloudfront) to any Flash video player and to the HTML5 video player on the iPhone and iPad.
