Although I have a strong academic background from which I gained a disciplined approach to research and development, I also have a commercial streak which has given me a taste for value creation, and a creative streak which helped me build the largest digital agency business in the Eastern region of the UK.
For 13 years I steered the technology incubation vehicle, Green Cathedral plc, through good and bad times, spinning out, along the way, a number of new technology businesses, some of which came into existence because of my own inventions.
My strength in business is my ability to work with and to lead diverse teams towards a common objective and I operate at my best at the earliest and most difficult stages of business creation, from concept or basic invention through initial business model and product development to first major capital injection.
